What exactly is DispatchHub?
DispatchHub is a complete operations platform for courier and small-freight businesses. It replaces the spreadsheets, group chats, and one-off tools most couriers use today — handling quoting, dispatching drivers, tracking shipments, capturing proof of delivery, and invoicing customers, all in one bilingual workspace.
How long is the free trial?
30 days. Full access to every feature — no card required at signup, no upfront commitment. We'll send you a reminder a few days before the trial ends so you can decide whether to add a payment method.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you've added a payment method, your subscription starts and you're billed monthly per dispatcher seat. If you haven't, the workspace switches to read-only — you can still view your data and add a payment method to restore it, but you can't create new shipments or quotes until billing is set up. Nothing is ever auto-charged to a card you didn't give us.
Who is this built for?

How long does setup take?

Will my drivers need to install anything?
No — drivers use DispatchHub from their phone's browser. No app store, no force-updates, no IT involvement. The dispatcher and accounting screens work great on desktop and mobile too.
Is everything really bilingual?
Yes. Every screen, every email we send to your customers, every quote and invoice PDF — all available in English and Spanish. Your dispatchers can use one language while customers receive their documents in another. Service-type names live in both languages side by side.
Is my workspace data secure?
Every customer's data lives in an isolated workspace — multi-tenant by design, with strict per-tenant access at every database query. Connections are TLS-encrypted, passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms, and we never store payment card numbers. SOC 2 readiness is on the roadmap.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Billing settings; you keep access through the end of the current billing month and then the workspace switches to read-only. No contracts, no early-termination fees. You can export your data any time, and we keep your workspace recoverable if you decide to come back later.
How does seat-based pricing work if my team changes?
Add or remove dispatcher seats whenever you want — the change is prorated to the day on your next invoice. Drivers and customer portal users are always free, no matter how many you add. You only pay for the people actually running dispatch.
